Refund Policy
- Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on products that have been opened, used, or consumed.
- Refunds will only be considered in cases where an item was damaged in transit, defective, or incorrectly supplied.
- Any approved refund will be processed at the discretion of Lady Rose Health & Beauty (Pty) Ltd after assessment of the claim.
Returns
- For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, returns are not accepted on opened or used products.
- If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- To log a return query, customers must provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Order number
- Photographs of the product and packaging
- Approved returns must be sent back in their original, unopened condition, unless otherwise instructed.
Delivery Terms
- We aim to process and dispatch orders as promptly as possible; however, delivery times may vary depending on location, courier availability, stock availability, and peak periods.
- Once an order has been dispatched, Lady Rose Health & Beauty (Pty) Ltd cannot be held liable for courier delays beyond our control.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact details provided are correct at the time of ordering.
- Any additional delivery charges arising from incorrect delivery information may be for the customer’s account.
Pricing Transparency
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be clearly communicated at checkout or quotation stage.
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

While every effort is made to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct pricing errors and, where necessary, contact the customer before fulfilling the order.
