Our Blue Pea is grown on our own farm, hand-picked and carefully dried before being prepared for use. Its naturally vibrant blue colour makes it a distinctive botanical for both wellness and culinary applications.
Blue Pea is particularly unique for its natural colour transformation. When combined with acidic ingredients such as lemon or lime, its deep blue colour can naturally shift towards shades of purple.
