What makes Lady Rose Health & Beauty different?

Lady Rose Health & Beauty believes in Beauty Inside-Out. We combine botanical skincare, natural wellness products and carefully cultivated medicinal plants to support beauty and wellbeing from the inside out. Wherever possible, we are involved from seed to final product, giving us greater control over the quality and integrity of the botanicals we use.

Are Lady Rose products natural?

Our products are developed with a strong focus on botanical and naturally derived ingredients, including plant oils, herbal extracts, essential oils, butters and other functional cosmetic ingredients. Where a product requires additional ingredients for stability, preservation or performance, these are carefully selected with product safety and quality in mind.

Do you grow your own medicinal plants?

Yes. Lady Rose cultivates a growing range of botanicals, including Cancerbush, Rose Geranium, Stinging Nettle and Butterfly Pea (Blue Pea). Growing our own plants allows us to oversee important stages of production, from cultivation and harvesting to drying and processing.

What does “Seed to Seal” mean at Lady Rose?

Seed to Seal represents our commitment to traceability and quality. We aim to know where our botanical ingredients come from and how they have been grown, harvested, processed and incorporated into our products. It reflects our philosophy: From our land to your hand.

Are your skincare products suitable for all skin types?

Many of our products are formulated to suit a broad range of skin types; however, every person’s skin is different. We recommend checking the individual product ingredients and directions before use and performing a small patch test when trying a new skincare product, particularly if you have sensitive or reactive skin.

What are some of the key botanicals used in Lady Rose products?

Our formulations feature carefully selected botanical ingredients such as Rose Geranium, Cancerbush, Aloe Vera, Rosehip, Prickly Pear, Clary Sage, Frankincense, Neroli, Pumpkin Seed Oil, Argan Oil, Shea Butter and Mango Butter, depending on the product. Each ingredient is selected for its particular cosmetic or wellness application.

Do you manufacture your own products?

Lady Rose is actively involved in the development and production of our product range. We place a strong emphasis on batch consistency, traceability, quality control and responsible manufacturing practices as we continue expanding our production capabilities.

Are Lady Rose products only for skincare?

No. Lady Rose is built around the concept of Beauty Inside-Out, so our range extends beyond skincare. Depending on availability, our collections include facial and body care, botanical oils and serums, herbal teas, botanical powders, capsules and other wellness products.

Where can I buy Lady Rose Health & Beauty products?

Our products are available through Lady Rose and our network of agents and stockists. You can also explore our product range and contact us through our website at www.ladyrose.co.za.

How do I know which Lady Rose skincare products are right for my skin?

Start by identifying your main skin needs—such as dryness, dehydration, dullness, uneven-looking tone, sensitivity or signs of ageing. Our skincare range includes cleansers, toners, serums, facial oils, eye serums and moisturisers that can be combined into a simple daily routine. If you are unsure, contact us and we can help you choose products suited to your skincare needs.

What is the correct order to use my Lady Rose skincare products?

For a simple and effective daily skincare routine, we recommend following these four steps:

Make-Up Remover → Cleanse → Tone → Hydrate

Make-Up Remover: Gently removes make-up, sunscreen and daily impurities.

Cleanse: Follow with your Lady Rose Purifying Face Wash to thoroughly cleanse and refresh the skin.

Tone: Apply your Lady Rose Rosewater Toner to refresh and prepare the skin for hydration.

Hydrate: Finish with your chosen Lady Rose serum, facial oil and/or moisturising cream to nourish and hydrate your skin.

During the day, we recommend finishing your skincare routine with a suitable broad-spectrum sunscreen.

Can I use more than one Lady Rose serum at the same time?

Yes, depending on your skin’s individual needs. When using different products together, apply lighter, water-based products before richer oil-based serums or facial oils. Introduce new products gradually, particularly if you have sensitive skin.

How should I store my Lady Rose skincare products?

Store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Always close lids and droppers securely after use and avoid introducing water or unclean fingers into the packaging.

How should I store Lady Rose botanical teas and powders?

Keep botanical teas and powders sealed, dry and protected from heat, moisture and direct sunlight. Always use a clean, dry spoon when removing product from the packaging.

Should I patch test a new skincare product?

Yes. We recommend patch testing a new skincare product before incorporating it fully into your routine, especially if you have sensitive or reactive skin. Discontinue use if persistent irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs.

How long will it take before I notice a difference in my skin?

Some benefits, such as improved softness and hydration, may be noticeable relatively quickly. Improvements in the appearance of skin texture, tone and signs of ageing generally require consistent use over time. Results will vary from person to person.

Are Lady Rose herbal teas, powders and capsules medicines?

No. Our botanical wellness products are not intended to replace medical diagnosis, treatment or prescribed medication. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, consult an appropriate healthcare professional before using herbal supplements or concentrated botanical products.
