Symptoms & How to use:

Seasonal allergies – sneezing, runny or stuffy nose, watery and itchy eyes, itchy sinuses, throat, or ear canals, ear congestion, postnasal drip/ drainage.

Rub a few drops behind the ears. Add 5 drops to diffuser and diffuse in a room for 30 min, or inhale the fragrance from the bottle.

 Caution! Please take note! Because we care about you and your family, we do not recommend ingesting any essential oils or blends. They are still very concentrated and can be extremely toxic to your health and epithelial cells. (Always avoid eyes, sinuses, mouth, throat, and stomach (internal).)
